*** Items lost by USPS are very rare. However, we are not responsible for items lost in the mail, or damaged by the USPS, once the USPS has processed them. You may request insurance, in the comments of your order, so you may get reimbursement for lost/damaged items. Insurance is 2.20 and up per package.

IF A PACKAGE IS RETURNED BECAUSE THE PAYMENT ADDRESS IS WRONG, YOU WILL BE CHARGED ADDITIONAL SHIPPING TO RESEND.
IF A PACKAGE IS MAILED TO A WRONG ADDRESS, BUT IT IS ENTERED ON THE PAYMENT, WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THAT ITEM.
RETURNS: We stand behind our products. If you would like to return or exchange some merchandise, please follow the steps below to insure that your request is processed as quickly as possible.
1. In order for us to process your return or exchange effectively, you must obtain a Return Authorization ("RMA") before sending anything back. This ensures that we are able to track your return or exchange through our system. Please click here to fill out a RMA REQUEST FORM
2. If you ordered the wrong size, model, or color, you may exchange that item within 15 days of receiving the item. Customer is responsible for return shipping. Items must be postmarked before the 16th day. If we have received your RMA we will process the exchange and ship your new item to you USPS First Class Mail, within 7 days of receipt. If you do not obtain an RMA your return will not be processed, and will be marked "return to sender".
3. The RMA you will be issued is only valid for 15 days from the date it was issued, so please ship the products as soon as possible. For faster service close the package it came in a write "Return to Sender" on the box and send it back.
4. All non-defective products must be returned in as-new condition.
Product must be UNUSED, SHOW NO DAMAGE and MUST BE IN THE ORIGINAL UNDAMAGED CELLOPHANE THAT CONTAINED THE ITEM.
5. Please allow up to 7 business days to process your return from the time it reaches our Returns Department Warehouse. All credit requests will be completed within 7 business days, but please note that it may take your credit card bank up to 10 days to apply your credit. Please note that we have no control over how long the credit card company takes to credit the refund to your account after we submit the data to them, but we do whatever we can to expedite the process.
6. Exchanges that exceed $100.00 must have the RMA pre-approved, prior to return shipping.
7. Defective items may be exchanged, under the normal return policy. When we receive the item, undamaged,
we will send you an exchange. If we do not have an item that satisfactorily replaces your original order, we
will issue you a refund.
8. No refund of shipping fees on processed orders.
9. Customer is responsible for all return postage.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Reail orders of $.01 - $100.00 may be cancelled, prior to shipment. You will receive a refund MINUS A RESTOCKING FEE OF 30%.
Retail orders OVER $100.00 may be cancelled PRIOR to shipment. You will receive a refund of the total purchase/shipping MINUS a PROCESSING FEE AND RESTOCKING FEE. The restocking fee is THIRTY-FIVE PERCENT RESTOCKING FEE (35%) of your total purchase. The processing fee is $10.00.
Wholesale orders may not be cancelled after payment is received and order is packaged, or back ordered.
Sales Tax of 8.25% will be added for customers resident in Texas
